S2024 Application fee - Master's degree Summer intake
The application fee covers up to three applications at Aarhus University for the 2024 Summer intake. Please note that the Danish universities charge application fees individually.
Once you have paid the application fee, please upload a screenshot of the receipt to your application(s) as proof of payment. In a few days, you will receive an email with a PDF invoice. If you have already uploaded the screenshot as proof of payments, you do NOT have to upload this PDF receipt. The screenshot is sufficient as we will verify your order number through the webshop.
Please note that applications received after the 15 January application deadline will not be taken into consideration for a scholarship or a tuition fee waiver, and there will be very tight deadlines in regards to paying the tuition fee as well as finishing the application for a student residence permit.
Terms of payment
Payment can only be made in DKK and only through the webshop.
Your receipt for payment must be uploaded to each of your applications for admission.
Your applications will only be processed if the application fee has been paid by the application deadline.
Refund policy
Your application fee will be reimbursed if you accept an offer of admission and are still enrolled at Aarhus University by 1 October.
The application fee will be reimbursed through the web shop to the account from which the payment was made.
If you are not offered admission, your application fee will not be reimbursed.
Exceptions from payment of application fee
If you are a non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and you are applying for one or more Master's degree programme(s) at Aarhus University, you are required to pay an application fee of 750 DKK (app. EUR 100) in order to have your application(s) processed. Some applicants are exempt from paying the application fee. You can find more information on that here.
