Aros, voucher
Voucher for ARoS Kunstmuseum.
Free vouchers for participants in AU conferences, which grant them free access to ARoS during opening hours. Vouchers are only avaible for conferences and events that include external participants. Read more about the guidelines for free vouchers here.
When you place an order, you must state in which week the voucher should be valid in connection with the conference/event.
Please note that it is not possible to order vouchers for Den Gamle By as well as for ARoS. Please choose between these two options when ordering vouchers.
Vouchers for ARoS and Den Gamle By are only for use in the conference participants' free time, and cannot be used as part of the official programme!

In the box at step 3: Further information - order comments please add the following:
- Name of event
- Date of event
- Desired date of receipt (Processing time is at least two weeks)
- Address (NB: Remember to note building and office number)
- Expected no. of participants
- State whether the event has external participants
- Link to the arrangement, if any
For example: Forskningens Døgn. 26th April 2023. Desired to be received 20th April. 50 participants, of which 25 are external participants. www.forsk.dk
