Room booking for reception at iNANO

If you wish to hold a private reception at iNANO in connection with an exam/defense, please contact the student helpers (helpers@inano.au.dk). It is necessary to send a request so that we can check if there are other events, so that we can avoid overlaps or double bookings.

Beside the deposit of 1500 kr. there is an administrative fee of 20 kr.
