2026/2027 Tuition fee - Mechanical Engineering (New)

Please remember to write the name of the student on the payment so we can see who the payment refers to.

Payment deadlines

Credit card
The payment deadline to pay via credit card is 23 November 2026 at the latest. Please send an email to ma.admission@au.dk once you have completed the payment.

We recommend paying with a credit card if possible as these payments are processed faster.
However, if you are not able to pay via credit card, please use the option to have an invoice issued.

Invoice (bank transfer)
In the application portal, you have received a step-by-step guide on how to order the invoice.
On the invoice you will see a payment deadline which is 30 days after your invoice was issued.
However, the payment deadline is still 23 November 2026.

You must have ordered the invoice at least several days before the payment deadline since we need time to manually process the invoices.

Please send us the receipt once you have completed the payment via invoice.

Be cautious if you have a third party make the payment for you. You are responsible for payments made for you.
